We would like to introduce the "Metal Film Capacitor (MF-cap)." Due to local inhomogeneities and defects in the dielectric film leading to overall failures, there were drawbacks in lifespan characteristics. However, the MF-cap, developed using deposition technology to create an ultra-thin metal deposition film on the film surface, has significantly improved lifespan characteristics and enabled miniaturization.
