Low-resilience urethane absorbs impact and slowly returns to its original shape even after deformation. It has a similar hardness to general-purpose urethane, making it strong and durable. "SEA-4070" features high energy absorption properties. The tensile strength is 120kg/cm², and the elongation is 250%.
