Wheel nuts and bolts tightened with inappropriate torque gradually loosen due to vibrations during driving. LWI detects the loosening of wheels caused by the loosening of nuts and bolts and informs the driver, thereby reducing the likelihood of wheel detachment accidents. In many cases, wheel detachment is caused by using bolts and nuts of different specifications when fitting non-standard tires, resulting in either excessive or insufficient tightening torque. LWI utilizes the wheel speed signal analysis technology developed through TPI to extract noise components correlated with bolt loosening, allowing it to inform the driver or vehicle manager which of the four wheels is at risk of detachment. It has high robustness against variations in tire wear, changes in passenger load, and individual differences in driving style, making it compatible with all types of tires and rims. Since it does not require additional sensor hardware, it achieves high safety and customer satisfaction with zero cost for raw materials and low integration costs.

Free membership registration"Road Surface Information (RSI)" is a solution that can represent road surface conditions without sensors, unlike other systems that use cameras and sensors within air suspension. By utilizing signals from existing onboard sensors such as wheel speed, it is possible to assess the roughness of the road surface on a six-point scale. Additionally, it can store identified events in non-volatile memory and, if necessary, provide warnings to the driver while also enabling the evaluation of impacts caused by bumps and potholes. 【Features】 ■ Collects road surface information by leveraging signals from existing onboard sensors through advanced sensor fusion technology. ■ Issues alerts to the driver regarding various factors that can change potholes, bumps, and road conditions. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Tire Grip Indicator (TGI)" is a software solution that does not require additional sensors. By analyzing wheel speed signals and other onboard sensors, it continuously monitors the friction between the tires and the road surface, providing accurate values of the friction coefficient while considering the characteristics of both the road surface and the tires. 【Features】 - Estimates the tire-road friction coefficient well before the ABS, ESC (Electronic Stability Control), and traction control systems react, under normal driving conditions. - Using the potential maximum friction coefficient values, it is possible to accurately calculate how much friction can be utilized. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationThe "Tire Pressure Indicator (TPI)" is a world-leading indirect tire pressure monitoring system (iTPMS). It estimates tire pressure drops based on wheel speed information and detects incidents such as single tire punctures or simultaneous deflation of all four tires. TPI complies with TPMS regulations worldwide, including GB26149, FMVSS 138, and ECE-R 141. It holds the number one market share in the indirect-only segment and ranks third overall in the TPMS market, including direct systems, with over 80 million units delivered, making it a flagship product of NIRA. 【Features】 ■ Number one in global market share for indirect TPMS ■ Proven installation in over 80 million vehicles ■ Low cost per vehicle as it is installed using only software ■ Indirectly monitors tire pressure drops for all four tires, whether one, two, three, or four wheels ■ Capable of displaying the percentage of tire pressure for each of the four tires, which has not been possible with indirect systems until now *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
