Our company specializes in the production of precision molds. By focusing on small and precise items (injection molding machines under 100 tons), we increase the difficulty of products and processing, thereby enhancing dimensional accuracy. Additionally, we primarily manufacture camera barrel components, capable of producing molds with 6-sided internal slides, step heights of 10μm, and dimensional tolerances of less than 5μm. We also create "karakuri molds" (our original term), which differ from standard mold opening operations.
