Gerald McDonald & Company was founded over 100 years ago in London as a spice trading company. Since then, it has shifted its focus to raw fruit juices and continues to develop. While growing to become the largest independent supplier in the UK food and beverage industry, it has consistently upheld its mission of "sourcing and providing the highest quality ingredients to our clients." In 2016, Gerald McDonald Asia Co., Ltd. was established as the Japanese subsidiary of the Gerald McDonald Group. The company operates with the aim of selling Gerald McDonald Group products in Japan and other Asian countries, as well as sourcing the highest quality ingredients from these regions.

We have built a long-term partnership with a major organic juice manufacturer in Sicily, Italy, providing high-quality organic juice to the European market. Additionally, our partner factory in Sicily has obtained organic JAS certification, establishing a system to supply organic juice that can be safely used in the Japanese market. Global Network Gerald McDonald Group has built an extensive network beyond Europe through years of transactions. We source a variety of raw materials such as straight juice, concentrated juice, puree, citrus comminute, and essential oils from reliable suppliers around the world, including North and Central America, South America, and Asia, and provide them to the food and beverage industry.
