We can manufacture bags with a maximum depth of approximately 1100mm (in the direction of the raw material width) and a maximum opening of about 5000mm (in the flow direction). We also produce three-sided bags with the raw material width on the opening side and the flow direction as the depth. When the straw is removed, the gas or liquid inside the bag does not leak. Are you having trouble with the inner bags of Furecon bags swelling due to fermentation gases or rising temperatures? In such cases, please try our gas release valve, "Attached Valve." The usage is simple: just make a hole in the bag and attach it. When the internal pressure rises, the gas will escape, preventing the bag from bursting. Additionally, it prevents backflow from the atmosphere into the bag, which helps prevent oxidation and deterioration of the contents. 【Product Use Case】 ■ For inner bags during the production of fermented feed When using fruit pomace as feed, the bags previously used would swell, causing load collapse or bag rupture. We handle the adhesive valve "Gas Release Valve for Large Bags." By attaching it to large bags such as inner liners of flexible containers, it allows for the release of gas generated from fermentation, prevents increases in internal pressure due to rising external temperatures or filling of hot materials, and helps prevent bag rupture and load collapse. Additionally, it blocks outside air after gas release.
