Zhuhai Huiyou Electronics Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise that consistently engages in the development, production, and sales of ceramic heaters (electric heating components). Since its establishment in 2004, the company has specialized in the development, production, and sales of various ceramic heater components, ceramic structures, ozone O3 generation pieces, and other ceramic products. In recent years, it has also developed and produced metal thick film heating elements as its own products. The company employs 100 people, including 8 in research and development and 4 in quality control, all of whom have received specialized training. The chief engineer has a background in materials science from Tsinghua University in Beijing and has been involved in the research and development of ceramic heaters and new materials for many years. The company's outstanding development technology is among the top levels in China, and it has obtained many patents. All products comply with environmental protection certifications such as the European Union SGS certification, German TUV certification, and American FDA approval. ◆Development, prototyping, and manufacturing sales of ceramic heaters ◆Development, prototyping, and manufacturing sales of ozone generation components ◆Development, prototyping, and manufacturing sales of metal thick film heating elements *Ceramic Heaters We consistently handle the development, prototyping, and manufacturing sales of our main product, ceramic heaters, from raw material formulation. In addition to standard products, we provide design, prototyping, and proposals based on customer specifications to support their business. We also accommodate small-scale production, which is often avoided. *Ozone O3 Ozone O3, which has gained attention in recent years, is effective in decomposing biologically derived odors and sterilizing bacteria and viruses. We also produce and sell ozone gas generation components. *Metal Thick Film Heating Elements We develop, manufacture, and sell metal thick film heating elements that are directly baked onto the surface of SUS metal. Metal thick film heating elements are created by sintering the heating part directly onto the surface of SUS material, allowing the sintered SUS material to be directly integrated into the structure of customer products. Metal thick film heating elements expand the possibilities for compact heating and insulation function designs that have not been seen before. *Business Flow We create product drawings and prototypes based on specifications. After conducting performance tests under the intended environmental conditions, we provide the prototypes. Once we receive an OK evaluation, we transition to mass production. We deliver products by the desired delivery date.
