Through Kanak's specialized processing technology and air permeability control technology, the pores of the porous carbide mold are controlled according to the characteristics and applications of the workpiece. This achieves smooth ventilation as if it were breathing, contributing to improved molding accuracy.

A mold for semiconductor package sealing using porous cemented carbide equipped with an adsorption mechanism that ensures suction performance across the entire surface. It can achieve stable suction power, and due to its high porosity per unit area, it is expected to suppress the decrease in suction power caused by the accumulation of volatile components. Our company manufactures porous carbide molds that enable thick-walled molding of polyimide resin.
