VOLTA Inc. was established in January 2018 as a 100% subsidiary of a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market. Leveraging its expertise and various recycling know-how from the group, it engages in the recycling of rechargeable batteries such as lithium-ion batteries and nickel-metal hydride batteries. Through the recycling business of rechargeable batteries, such as LIBs and nickel-metal hydride batteries, which have been less frequently recycled until now, it contributes to the effective utilization of limited resources by establishing a resource circulation for rare metals.
