Our company was established through a joint investment by CRG Holdings, a comprehensive human resources service company, and Japan M&A Solutions. Leveraging synergies with the CRG Group, we engage in M&A and investment activities for companies that provide new added value in line with modern needs. Additionally, in light of the recent shortage of successors and the aging of business owners in Japan, we are committed to seriously addressing the business succession issues of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the expertise of the CRG Group as a comprehensive human resources service provider and the strengths of Japan M&A Solutions in business succession M&A, in collaboration with the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
