We will mill flour with distinctive characteristics to support Sanuki udon.

Our company has been manufacturing flour and wheat-related products in Sanuki for many years. Our main products, such as "Sanuki Suzuran" and the Kagawa Prefecture wheat "Sanuki no Yume," are blended to develop udon-specific flour like "Sakura Yume 2000," which we supply to approximately 800 companies both inside and outside the prefecture. Although our milling factory is not large in scale, we believe this allows us to deliver fresh and distinctive flour to udon shops across the country.
