<Production Technology> ■Development of Technical Policies: Guidance and support for framework adaptation (SWOT analysis, etc.), benchmarking, and roadmap construction. ■Process Design: Guidance and support for process design tasks including investment amount and labor estimation, QC process charts, PFMEA compliance, management point setting, and equipment/tool specifications. ■New Product Support: Guidance and support for front-loading activities and the entire process design from product development to stable flow. <Factory Management> ■Equipment Management: Guidance and support for equipment investment and management of idle machines. ■Layout Management: Guidance and support for overall factory layout, line layout, and logistics. ■Area Creation: Guidance and support for activities to create factory space. <QMS Development> ■Division of Duties and Authority: Guidance and support for the nature of work as an organization and the nature of job authority. ■Production Technology and Production Department Manuals: Guidance and support for manual development. <Production Technology Related Education, Specific Technology Education> ■SQC Education: Knowledge, guidance, and support for general SQC basics (the seven tools of QC to factor analysis using experimental design). ■Technical English: Guidance and support for proofreading English related to production technology (level equivalent to the second grade of the Science and Technology English Proficiency Test).
