With a three-dimensional measuring machine, it is possible to measure not only the top surface but also the side shape. [Simple Example] If there are non-through holes (cylindrical shapes) on the front and back of a flat product and you want to know how much the centers of the holes are misaligned, you can measure them by standing the plate upright and fixing it, allowing the machine to touch both the front and back.

• 3D measuring device

We will measure the dimensions of rubber, plastic (resin), and metal products. By scanning the product and creating a 3D shape on the PC, you can check the cross-sectional shape without cutting the product. Additionally, warping and waviness in flat areas can also be checked using a color chart.

By combining high-performance lenses with various types of lighting, we can clearly see areas that were previously difficult to observe, such as the base of burrs on rubber products, the edges of product end faces, and woven fibers. By taking the time to create detailed programs, measurements can be conducted with minimal variation, regardless of the operator.
