The microwave-based CFRP recycling technology efficiently decomposes resins contained in CFRP using a groundbreaking new method, allowing for the recovery of high-quality carbon fibers. Recycled carbon fibers (RCF) achieve a resin removal rate of over 90%, and the surface of the recycled carbon fibers is clean and undamaged. Thanks to our unique pyrolysis technology, the regenerated raw materials can be transformed into carbon fiber paper, non-woven fabrics, plastic pellets, and more, enabling smooth integration of recycled materials into the production process. We would like to introduce the "Recycled Carbon Fiber Reinforced Low Carbon Concrete" developed by Thermolysis Co., Ltd. By mixing carbon fibers into the concrete, we reduce shrinkage and improve durability. The carbon fibers are randomly and evenly dispersed within the concrete, exhibiting a bridging effect when fine cracks occur. This helps to suppress the formation of larger cracks and reduces the potential for damage.
