This is a compact and lightweight digital filter that allows for the removal and extraction of signals by setting and selecting necessary characteristics. This device is a digital filter that restricts the frequency band of signals, realized through digital signal processing. In addition to operating independently, it can be controlled from PC application software via a USB interface. You can select from 64 types of characteristics using the dip switches on the device panel or through the PC application. The 64 filter characteristics can be connected in series, allowing for a band-pass characteristic using HPF + LPF. The characteristics can be swapped, and by loading characteristic files, different characteristics can be achieved. It is also possible to execute arbitrary filter coefficients directly, making it a highly flexible filtering device. It can operate in a local state, functioning solely on the device, or in a remote state, configured from a PC. By connecting an external power source, such as a mobile battery, to the USB power connector to supply 5V, it can operate independently. This is a product from our Acoustic Emission (AE) series. It is a pulse generator that generates AE wave pulses for AE testing, also known as a pulser. By connecting an AE sensor and outputting pulses, AE waves are generated from the AE sensor. The selection of pulse voltage can be made via DIP switches or USB commands. Pulse voltage triggers can be selected using a panel push button, automatic repetition, or USB commands. There is a logic output synchronized with the pulse output, allowing for distance calibration by measuring the time difference with AE wave detection. The high-voltage version, IMA241H, can be used when the distance to the AE sensor is long or when the AE signal transmission efficiency is poor. Using this device for AE detection testing of AE sensors allows for diverse evaluation of various AE sensors. It is more stable than the sharp pencil core pressure break method, aiding in quantitative and reproducible sensitivity calibration. This is a product from our Acoustic Emission (AE) series. The envelope detection makes it easier to detect the peak values of AE signals. With a time constant peak detection, even brief signals become more visible. The signals are converted to a smoother form, allowing for recording on data recorders with slower sampling rates, which is helpful for AE analysis using externally connected analysis equipment. You can choose a time constant of either 1 msec or 100 μsec. The gain can be selected at 0/20/40 dB. There are models IMA243-05 that supplies a 5V line drive power and IMA243-15 that supplies 15V, both of which can be connected to various preamplifiers. The IMA243 without line drive power can be used for general signal envelope detection. The SSG400 is a sine wave generator that allows independent settings for order, amplitude, inter-channel phase, and offset for 4 channels, while the frequency can be set in common. It is also possible to output a square wave by selecting the waveform.
