This is a compact and lightweight digital filter that allows for the removal and extraction of signals by setting and selecting necessary characteristics. This device is a digital filter that restricts the frequency band of signals, realized through digital signal processing. In addition to operating independently, it can be controlled from PC application software via a USB interface. You can select from 64 types of characteristics using the dip switches on the device panel or through the PC application. The 64 filter characteristics can be connected in series, allowing for a band-pass characteristic using HPF + LPF. The characteristics can be swapped, and by loading characteristic files, different characteristics can be achieved. It is also possible to execute arbitrary filter coefficients directly, making it a highly flexible filtering device. It can operate in a local state, functioning solely on the device, or in a remote state, configured from a PC. By connecting an external power source, such as a mobile battery, to the USB power connector to supply 5V, it can operate independently. When connecting to a PC via the USB communication connector, it can operate using USB bus power. Custom specifications are available.

There is a logic output synchronized with the pulse output, allowing for distance calibration by measuring the time difference with AE wave detection. The high-voltage version, IMA241H, can be used when the distance to the AE sensor is long or when the AE signal transmission efficiency is poor. Using this device for AE detection testing of AE sensors allows for diverse evaluation of various AE sensors.
