Our company possesses unique sericulture technology aimed not only at traditional silk production but also at manufacturing high-quality food. We leverage Japan's globally competitive silkworm biotechnology to achieve a stable supply of nutritious and delicious silkworms. Additionally, to properly evaluate silkworms as a next-generation food resource, we promote collaborative research with large corporations and universities, developing delicious, healthy, and versatile food ingredients based on the unique "health functionality" and "processing characteristics" of silkworms. We are also working on the development of sustainable high-functionality silk.
