Our company operates an online pet supplies business and a wholesale exterior goods business in Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture, as well as planning and selling souvenirs related to Wakayama Prefecture, including products made from "jabara" (a type of citrus fruit). We have the opportunity to meet many people, primarily from the local Wakayama area, and sometimes we receive inquiries about various concerns.
