Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the AI electronic form "Mirai no Genba" at Iwasaki Co., Ltd. The company prints and issues over 100 paper forms (such as inspection reports) daily to accommodate small-lot, diverse production orders, and has introduced this product to eliminate a large volume of paper forms. After the implementation, the number of printed paper forms, which was about 50 to 100 per day, has nearly disappeared, and the staff preparing manufacturing instructions have reported a reduction of about one hour in their daily work time. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Nearly 100 paper prints and the handover of those forms occur daily. - Considering the production method, it was not easy to convert to electronic forms. ■ Effects - The number of printed paper forms, which was about 50 to 100 per day, has almost disappeared. - Daily work time has been reduced by about one hour. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our AI electronic form "Mirai no Genba" at Klein Co., Ltd., a metal processing manufacturer. The company still operates some forms on paper, and due to a retention period of up to 10 years for some documents, the volume has been increasing year by year, making it a challenge to secure storage space. They started by gradually introducing the system with one form, confirming the usability on-site, and there has been a transition from "writing on paper" to "writing on an iPad." However, the appearance of the forms remains the same, and only the medium for input has changed, allowing for a smooth implementation. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - There are paper forms spanning 10 years, which are taking up storage space. - Some paper forms have been digitized, but data analysis has not been conducted. ■Benefits - By storing forms electronically, concerns about storage space for forms have been eliminated. - On-site data has been digitized, allowing for analysis and visualization. *For more details about the case, please refer to the related links. For more information, please check the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
