In this seminar, we will introduce a comprehensive method for reviewing the configuration items of Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Copilot, which are key services of M365. We will specifically illustrate typical configuration mistakes that are prone to lead to incidents, and explain how to identify and address them, including the use of specific assessments. Particularly, we will focus on the different risk structures and operational considerations for each service, presenting practical approaches that can be implemented even in environments where configuration reviews are lagging. We will also discuss how to understand the gaps between Microsoft's recommended settings and best practices and your own environment, providing useful information. Additionally, as a participant benefit, we will create an "Entra ID Conditional Access Parameter Sheet" and offer a simple assessment based on the created parameter sheet free of charge.
