• Casting Machine

At AK, we handle "aluminum die-cast products." We accommodate the manufacturing of complex-shaped, thin-walled small items using high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloys. We also accept casting with materials such as ADC12, HT-1, DM-3, and pure aluminum. We can also discuss color anodizing for die-cast products made from materials like pure aluminum. By incorporating metal 3D printing into mold making, we have achieved longer lifespans for mold slide pins and compliance with strict quality standards. Additionally, we differentiate the release agents used based on product shape and the desired quality. Before mass production, we will hold a preliminary meeting to select the optimal release agent.
