Since our establishment, we have been researching and developing molding processing technologies to meet customer needs, primarily focusing on semiconductor packaging, and have achieved success in mass production. The composite molded products we create from metals and engineering plastics are widely used in automotive, industrial, and consumer devices, and we believe they will also be applied to many products that consider environmental issues in the future. To respond to such societal needs, we are further enhancing the unique technologies and know-how we have cultivated so far, and we are proposing total ideas as a partner in the development of high-functionality products made from plastics that meet customer demands.
Business Activities
Our company specializes in vertical insert molding among injection molding methods and possesses unique technologies such as know-how in mold design and structure. We are a manufacturing company that handles everything from planning and development to production of resin (plastic) products. Since our founding, we have been involved in various industrial fields, including solar and wind power generation equipment, railway-related products, robot control for the aerospace industry, and elevator components. In the consumer goods sector, we work on air conditioning controls, magnetic card readers, and handheld terminal components. Recently, we have developed, proposed, and manufactured products in three automotive-related areas, including inverter modules for motor control used in EVs and hybrid vehicles, DC-DC converters, and onboard secondary battery modules, which have become our main source of revenue.
