We manufacture semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts with a focus on target materials.

Our company has been engaged in the metal processing industry since its establishment in 1985. Since around 1990, we have started receiving orders related to semiconductors, and now we primarily produce semiconductor sputtering targets. Our strengths lie in our high technology based on extensive experience and know-how, our advanced features such as the introduction of robots, and our high productivity utilizing our machinery and equipment.
