The pressure sensor series 33X-Ed achieves an extremely high accuracy of 0.05% full scale (FS) using a mathematical correction method. Moreover, this accuracy is compensated within a temperature range of 10 to 40°C. If an additional option is selected, a high precision of 0.01% FS (or that accuracy if calibrated at an accredited test lab) can be achieved. In addition to a digital RS485 interface, analog current or voltage outputs are also available. The 35X-Ed features a G1/2 flush diaphragm structure for pressure connection. The capacitive pressure sensor series 41X-Ei is designed to measure gauge pressure in low-pressure ranges. Through a mathematical correction method, it achieves high accuracy of ±0.2 to 0.3% FS in low-pressure measurements within a temperature range of 10 to 50°C.
