Our company is engaged in the processing and sales of special glass (quartz glass) that is essential in the semiconductor manufacturing process. In the 1960s, anything produced would sell. Since then, technological advancements have been remarkable, particularly in the development of machining, which has been astonishing. Today, as we face the aging population, the transmission of skills that cannot be performed without human hands is, I believe, an indispensable and important part of Japan's future manufacturing.
