Our company specializes in chamfering processing of round bars and metal shafts. We can process sizes from round bars with a diameter of Φ3mm to Φ25mm, and lengths ranging from 20mm to 2000mm in-house. As a subsequent process to the chamfering of round bars, we also perform segment processing, and it is possible to carry out thread cutting after segment processing on the under-diameter for thread rolling, providing a consistent production process. Additionally, we manufacture special screws and stud bolts, and perform cutting processing of metal parts such as screw machining. We are flexible in accommodating small lots and short delivery times.
