TEPIC is a triad-based epoxy compound with a triazine skeleton. Compared to general-purpose epoxy resins, it excels in transparency, heat resistance, and light resistance, and has very unique characteristics such as high elasticity and high Tg. It has a wide range of applications, including LED peripheral materials and solder resist inks. We would like to introduce our halogen-free resin flame retardant (nitrogen-based + phosphorus-based) 'PHOSMEL-100'. It has high thermal stability, with a thermal decomposition temperature of over 370°C, and can be used alone or in combination with other flame retardants. "Melamine Cyanurate" is a sublimable compound with a graphite structure, and it can be used as a solid lubricant and drip prevention agent, making it a nitrogen-based flame retardant. It exhibits flame retardancy by generating inert gases during combustion, which dilutes the oxygen concentration. Its appearance is a white powder, with a nitrogen content of 49 wt% and a true specific gravity of 1.52 g/ml.
