TEPIC is a triad-based epoxy compound with a triazine skeleton. Compared to general-purpose epoxy resins, it excels in transparency, heat resistance, and light resistance, and has very unique characteristics such as high elasticity and high Tg. It has a wide range of applications, including LED peripheral materials and solder resist inks.
