Abroad, the importance of DMAIC analysis methods and statistical approaches as the core of problem-solving is increasingly recognized. In advancing data-driven improvements, the ability to discern the "essential differences" and "random variations" behind the data is essential. The theme of the second session is the "Analyze phase." We will explain the methods and thinking for analyzing data, identifying the true factors (X), and mapping the path to improvement using Minitab. We will replace real-world challenges with statistical challenges and introduce hypothesis testing utilizing AI assistance as "practical statistics." Recommended for: - Those who have data but don't know how to analyze it - Those who are not utilizing statistical analysis for on-site improvements - Those who have Black Belt/Green Belt qualifications but cannot apply them in practice - Those who want to utilize Minitab more on-site This series is for those who want to rediscover "usable statistics."

However, this method posed risks of delayed discovery and response to anomalies, becoming a challenge in quality management. In recent years, more companies have been adopting systems that automate these processes, monitor and detect anomalies in real-time, and report them immediately. In this webinar, we will introduce the "RT-SPC Solution," which monitors products in real-time and prevents defective products from leaking, focusing on the following points in comparison to traditional methods: - What is the basic mechanism of control charts? - The benefits brought by real-time monitoring - The mechanism for achieving continuous improvement We will propose ways to elevate quality management in manufacturing sites to the next level through RT-SPC.
