Investigation, Planning, and Basic Concept We conduct environmental surveys of the construction site and investigate legal regulations. Based on the results of these surveys, we will represent the building's concept in drawings and other formats. Design Planning Once you are satisfied with the basic concept, we will proceed with the contract. Basic Design We will shape the image into a tangible form. We will determine the essential elements needed for construction according to your desired conditions. At this stage, we will also establish a rough estimate of construction costs and a financial plan. Detailed Design We will create the design drawings necessary to begin construction. While listening to your preferences, we will refine the details to bring the project closer to its final form. Selection of Construction Contractor We will request estimates from multiple construction companies. After assessing the validity of the estimates, we will hire the construction company with the lowest bid. Construction Supervision We will verify that the construction is being carried out appropriately according to the drawings and contract, providing instructions as necessary. By intervening in the construction process from a third-party perspective, we prevent the process from becoming a black box.
