Hebei Guangde Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. has a site area of 3.3 hectares and total assets of 500 million yen. It is one of the subsidiaries of the Guangde Group and a member unit of the China Foundry Association. Utilizing advanced casting production equipment, high-precision CNC machine tools, machining centers, and testing equipment, the company produces precision castings and finished products in accordance with standards such as GB, ASTM, ASNI, BS, DIN, and JIS. Guangde has a complete production line from mold design to casting and machining, satisfying customers' special process requirements. In 2007, it passed TUV's ISO9001 quality system certification and PED certification, obtained a special equipment manufacturing license in 2010, and passed TUV's TS16949 quality system certification in 2011. It is currently preparing for ISO14001 certification. The company serves industries such as automotive, instrumentation, pumps, and valves, with an annual production capacity of 1,200 tons of precision castings, 80% of which are exported to the United States, EU, Japan, and South Korea.
