"CF Metal" is an oil-embedded bearing that reduces noise under operating conditions where it is difficult to form an oil film at low temperatures (-40°C) and high temperatures (120°C). By embedding carbon fiber into the bearing and protruding part of it on the bearing surface, it prevents contact between the metal of the shaft and the bearing.
