Pour the cleaning solution into the cleaning basket and immerse the contents. 2. While maintaining full water, rotate slowly in both directions to clean using the flow of the liquid. 3. Stop adding cleaning solution and spin at high speed to dewater. 4. During dewatering, blow warm air (approximately 60 to 150℃) to dry. ◆ Complete immersion of the contents in the cleaning solution allows for uniform cleaning. ◆ The dewatering process using centrifugal separation reduces "surface stains" after completion. ◆ Complete drying is possible with warm air. ◆ Using a punch basket makes handling small mass-produced parts easy (such as cold-forged items and springs). ◆ The adoption of a touch panel makes maintenance tasks, such as checking abnormal history, easier. ◆ All processes are completed with a single automatic start button (after setting). ◆ The cleaning solution circulation system reduces running costs.
