In the case of a project where chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting were performed on the outdoor air conditioning unit of a major elderly care facility, the reduction rate of electricity consumption from chemical cleaning alone was about 8.5%, which is already effective with cleaning alone. However, by additionally applying heat-insulating paint, the reduction rate increased to approximately 36.0%. This confirms significant energy-saving effects by implementing both cleaning and heat-insulating painting together.
