We measure the magnetic field in the vertical direction relative to the axis width. There are different types of probe substrates with varying widths and thicknesses, which can be selected according to the application. Due to the embedding depth of the Hall sensor (0.2 mm ± 0.1), we adjust the measurement accuracy within ±0.5%. GaAs Hall sensors have the advantages of a small temperature coefficient of sensitivity during constant current operation, good linearity with respect to magnetic field strength, and excellent high-frequency characteristics.
