We measure the magnetic field in the vertical direction at the probe end face. Due to the embedding depth of the Hall sensor (0.2 mm ± 0.1), we adjust the measurement accuracy to within ±0.5%. We employ synchronous detection, which makes it less susceptible to induced noise from the probe cable. GaAs Hall sensors have the advantages of a small temperature coefficient of sensitivity during constant current operation, good linearity with respect to magnetic field strength, and excellent high-frequency characteristics.
