We measure the magnetic field in the vertical direction at the probe end face. Due to the embedding depth of the Hall sensor (0.2 mm ± 0.1), we adjust the measurement accuracy to within ±0.5%. We employ synchronous detection, which makes it less susceptible to induced noise from the probe cable. GaAs Hall sensors have the advantages of a small temperature coefficient of sensitivity during constant current operation, good linearity with respect to magnetic field strength, and excellent high-frequency characteristics. In battery manufacturing lines, if components containing copper are used, there is a possibility that metal powder may mix in, dissolve, ionize, and pass through the separator, causing a malfunction that connects the positive and negative electrodes.
