Nishimura Shoten, a joint venture company, is engaged in the production of sauces, dashi soy sauce, and food products, spreading its flavors nationwide. In addition to the Yamafuru soy sauce that has been traditionally manufactured, a new brand of honjozo soy sauce, "Mieman Soy Sauce," was born after the war. Currently, the "Super Mieman Soy Sauce," which offers an even better aroma and taste, has become the main soy sauce. We strive to create flavors that anticipate the times, constantly challenging ourselves with new ideas alongside our customers.
