This product features a "F cassette-type mold" that has been lightweighted and can be set up manually. Setup time has been reduced to about 1/5. The mold is smaller, and even if the production parts change, the cassette section remains common, with only the "insert" changing, resulting in good cost performance for the mold expenses. At the time of our founding, injection molding using standard molds and molding machines was mainstream, regardless of the size of the production parts. However, since our focus was on small parts, we developed molds and injection molding machines tailored to that need. The F cassette-type molds and small injection molding machines were developed to pursue "speed, proximity, and flow" in low-volume, high-variety production, and we were confident that this directly connected to the QCD that our customers demanded. Currently, this method and technology are not considered special, but the ideas and experiences from that time have been inherited in other methods, production, and sales. 【Features of F Cassette-Type Molds】 ■ Developed F cassette-type molds simultaneously with small injection molding machines, reducing equipment area to about 1/10 and using eco-friendly equipment that also reduces energy consumption. ■ Molds have been made lighter, allowing setup to be done by hand only, shortening setup time to about 1/5. ■ Molds are smaller, and even if the production parts change, the cassette part can be used interchangeably, so only the "insert" changes, resulting in good cost performance for mold expenses. ■ In principle, since we flow one piece at a time, even if there are defects, they do not mix with good products, preventing quality inconsistencies. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
