Larger machines do not necessarily accommodate smaller parts; small parts have their own characteristics, and large parts have theirs, which we skillfully manage using our expertise. For example, in the case of small parts, the drooling phenomenon (dripping) that occurs during the screw rotation process for supplying molten resin can sometimes exceed the proportion of the molded product, making density adjustment of the molded product very challenging. In the case of large parts, the amount of purge required for material change is very high, necessitating efficient material change technology. Particularly, corners and neck areas tend to become thinner, which can cause insufficient strength, deformation, and defects. At the time of our founding, injection molding using standard molds and molding machines was mainstream, regardless of the size of the production parts. However, since our focus was on small parts, we developed molds and injection molding machines tailored to that need. The F cassette-type molds and small injection molding machines were developed to pursue "speed, proximity, and flow" in low-volume, high-variety production, and we were confident that this directly connected to the QCD that our customers demanded.
