In various industries, devices (such as tanks, piping, valves, inner surfaces of equipment covers, etc.) are coated with uncured rubber sheets using rubber adhesive (glue) and then subjected to pressure vulcanization using a heat source like steam in a pressure vessel called a vulcanization can.
