The newly introduced high beam quality and high repetition green laser demonstrates excellent performance in precision processing of ceramics, glass, transparent resins, and metal thin films. With a processing environment combined with high-precision galvanometers, we enable high-quality and high-speed test processing. "Examples of Target Applications" Microprocessing of ceramic substrates and electronic components, chip-free cutting of glass and transparent materials, selective removal of metal thin films and coating films, scribing/trimming of thin film devices and packages. ■ Implementation Period: Applications will be accepted for processing that can be conducted from November 1 to November 30, 2025.
