Our company is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of sputtering deposition equipment, which is essential for the production of electronic components and energy devices. Our unique sputter source, which balances reduced substrate damage with high deposition speed, is highly regarded in both research and production environments. In addition to our own low-damage sputtering deposition sources, we also import and sell various sputter cathodes and ion irradiation sources in collaboration with overseas OEM supply partners.
