Aiming to be the best in the world of whiskey-making through dedicated effort and high-level skills! A comprehensive alcoholic beverage manufacturer. In 1985, we established the Shinshu factory (now Mars Shinshu Distillery) as the ideal location for whiskey production, and we manufacture whiskey and fruit liqueurs. After suspending the distillation of whiskey malt spirits in 1992, we resumed it in 2011, establishing a system to provide stable malt spirits for the future.

The brewing manufacturer of "Shirafuji," a light soy sauce representing the Ina Valley. A factory certified by the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS). The soy sauce brewed by the brewers and koji, utilizing the power of nature, has won numerous awards at prefectural and national competitions.

The Komagatake Factory obtained the international certification standard FSSC in the summer of 2019. As a solution company in the domain of "snacks & sweets," it uses carefully selected ingredients to deliver heartfelt, safe, and secure products. The factory manufactures and sells donuts and baked goods, focusing on flexible production capacity, quality control, and product development. Equipped with large freezing facilities, it is capable of developing, producing, and selling confections in a frozen state.

Renewal of products for the brand's 100th anniversary! Junmai Ginjo sake "Shinano Tsuru." Made using 100% "Miyama Nishiki" from Kamiina and water from the underground springs of the Central Alps. In 2020, the "Shinano Tsuru" brand celebrates its 100th anniversary and steps up to a Junmai Ginjo brewery. The lineup has been completely refreshed.

Under the banner of "Super OEM," we flexibly respond to a wide range of customer orders with our technical capabilities, offering a broad array of products including ice cream, candy, gummies, and chocolate coatings. The Alps factory is responsible for ice cream production and is capable of manufacturing a diverse range of products such as sandwiches, cones, and cups.

A company that offers new culinary delights based on inherited techniques. Founded in 1845 as a medicinal herb wholesaler, it utilized its blending skills to produce and sell Japan's first domestically made curry powder in 1905. Today, it manufactures and sells a variety of products, including not only curry products but also pasta sauces, soups, and various spices. As a factory dedicated to retort foods, it produces a wide range of retort products. The factory has obtained certification for the international food safety system standard FSSC22000, ensuring safety and security.

We brew highly original beers that are not bound by style. We specialize in developing, manufacturing, and selling fruit beers (sparkling alcoholic beverages) made with local specialty fruits such as apples and grapes.

Yomeishu was created in the Ina Valley with the wish to "contribute to the health and longevity of people in the world." It is now passed down with the aim of "responding to the trust of consumers and contributing to a rich and healthy life." Medicinal Yomeishu is manufactured in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards throughout all processes from raw materials to the final product.
