There are many individuals who have the potential to become excellent engineers, even those who are economically disadvantaged or not attending school. By eliminating tuition fees and academic requirements, we aim to uplift talented individuals who have been overlooked by society. The non-profit organization 42Tokyo aims to cultivate engineers who can thrive globally by providing learning opportunities regardless of their background as a training institution for engineers originating from France. To develop talent that can be immediately effective, we have implemented a unique learning method designed to align with the work of engineers. We hope to address the shortage of engineers in Japan in collaboration with our partners.
