Since 1997, we have been developing solar cars and participating in races both domestically and internationally. In 2003, we prototyped a hybrid solar car that combined hydrogen fuel cells and solar cells, successfully crossing the Australian continent. Since 2016, we have been developing a hybrid solar car that combines magnesium-air batteries and solar cells. We are engaged in research and development on the utilization of resource-circulating energy such as magnesium.

Nishikichuo Industries is a metal processing company located in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, specializing in integrated manufacturing through collaboration between can-making and machining. In April 2011, we obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and have been renewing it since. The "Hayabusa2 capsule recovery box" was produced by our company. We received a request from a JAXA subsidiary, and after undergoing detailed inspections and confidentiality checks, we delivered it, allowing Hayabusa2 to safely bring the capsule back to Earth after its long journey. We can weld materials such as iron, stainless steel, and aluminum, with a plate thickness of 1.0mm or more. We are capable of laser processing, bending, and drilling, allowing us to accommodate a wide variety of needs. We also respond to small requests, such as items without drawings, just sketches, or single samples. Additionally, our president's blog on our website is well-received, and we receive inquiries from individuals in need, making us a "reliable ally" in welding.
