We are a technology group that provides one-stop services from mold design and manufacturing, electronic circuit design, IoT sensor development, to prototyping and mass production, focusing on injection molding. Leveraging the agility of young engineers, we quickly support short-term prototyping, handling of difficult-to-process resins, and the ramp-up to mass production. We are also focusing on the development of unique solutions that combine electronic technology and resin processing technology, including the IoT product series "C3Less," which was born from joint research with Tokyo Polytechnic University. Our uniquely developed refrigerant-filled aluminum vapor chamber (ALVC) achieves both high thermal conductivity and lightweight design. Additionally, our TVC temperature control system, which combines a Peltier module with a vapor chamber, enables rapid and precise temperature uniformity. "Magic Solder" is environmentally friendly and lead-free, achieving a low melting point of 119°C, contributing to energy savings and CO2 reduction. It can adhere to various substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum with oxide film removal, copper with oxide film removal, alumina, and glass without the use of flux. It can also adhere to PET substrates of perovskite solar cells, which are gaining attention as next-generation solar cells. "Zwei Solder" is a specialized ultrasonic solder with a melting point of 217°C that can strongly bond to glass, ceramics, and metals such as Mo, Ti, W, and Al. By utilizing ultrasonic vibrations, it removes oxides at the joint, achieving a strong bond. It is not only lead-free and environmentally friendly but also widely applicable in lead attachment and electronic component manufacturing. With high airtightness and durability, it is an ideal next-generation material for high-performance devices such as vacuum tubes and solar cells. "Research and Development of Nanoparticles and Contract Manufacturing" provides narrow particle size distribution and high crystallinity nanoparticles using a continuous supercritical hydrothermal synthesis method. We conduct research and development and contract manufacturing of innovative nanoparticles that can be utilized in a wide range of fields, including electrical and electronic component materials, magnetic materials, medical materials, phosphor materials, electrode materials, catalysts, and high-refractive materials.
