Introducing our newly developed xylene resin product "NIKANOL," which has unique features. 【AM-2000】 Expected to be used as an emulsifier, it demonstrates excellent emulsification stability, along with improvements in leveling properties and adhesion. 【GEM-H】 An emulsion-type xylene resin that can be added to water-based paints and water-based adhesives, improving adhesion, tackiness, and leveling properties. 【XUA】 A urethane acrylate-type xylene resin that can be cured by ultraviolet irradiation. The cured film exhibits an excellent balance of hardness and flexibility, as well as superior adhesion to various substrates.

We are introducing Fudo's thermosetting resin molding materials with sliding characteristics. They offer sliding performance equal to or greater than that of super engineering plastics (PEEK) at less than 70% of the cost. FudoLite F5800FT and F900T maintain the heat resistance, insulation, and good moldability characteristics of conventional phenolic resin molding materials while incorporating sliding properties. Additionally, FKCP, which contains carbon fibers, exhibits excellent sliding properties and has comparable or superior characteristics in friction and wear comparison tests with PEEK sliding grades. We also have a diverse lineup of phenolic resin molding materials with electrical properties tailored for various applications. Applications range widely, including various bearings, washers, acoustic components, and electronic parts.

We offer the "CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Water Stop Board," which achieves a weight of under 6 kg (half that of conventional aluminum) through a structure that covers the inner layer with aluminum honeycomb and the outer surface with CFRP. The water stop board can be stacked without distinction between upper and lower sections to accommodate heights of up to 1 meter. By using CFRP instead of metal for equipment parts, it is possible to achieve weight reduction, increased rigidity, and added vibration damping. Utilizing our expertise in producing many workpiece transport components and FEM analysis, we can propose suitable CFRP tailored to your desired characteristics and cost. Our flexible production system allows us to accommodate small-scale prototypes as well.
