【Expansion】 The issues of "insufficient capacity of treatment facilities" and "difficulty in expansion due to lack of installation space" can be resolved in one go by simply placing the AT-BC device on top of the existing tank! It significantly enhances wastewater treatment capacity at a low cost. This is a wastewater treatment system that evolves two treatment methods: the activated sludge method and the rotating biological contactor method. 【Features】 ■ Expansion possible without stopping wastewater ■ Construction period is about 2 weeks ■ Capacity more than doubles just by placing the AT device on the existing tank ■ Capital investment costs can be about 2/3 ■ Even with more than double the treatment capacity, electricity costs remain unchanged ■ Excess sludge is reduced to less than half ■ Suitable for nitrogen and phosphorus removal and deodorization effects 【New Installation】 This is a wastewater treatment system that evolves the activated sludge method and the rotating biological contactor method, efficiently removing BOD, COD, SS, N-Hex, T-N, T-P, etc., by proliferating Bacillus bacteria in the AT-BC device (three-dimensional rotating device) and aeration tank, and furthermore, it is a groundbreaking system that also eliminates unpleasant odors. 【Features】 ■ Installation area is about 2/3 ■ Power consumption is about 2/3 ■ Excess sludge is about 2/3 ■ Odor is significantly reduced ■ Suitable for nitrogen and phosphorus removal and deodorization effects *For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download.

Free membership registration**Device Overview** The core of the AT-BC system, the AT-BC device, was developed from an improved rotating body of the rotating disk method, which is a type of activated sludge. The rotating body, which serves as the heart of the rotating disk, had a structural flaw where the metal parts would corrode rapidly when immersed in wastewater for extended periods. Additionally, it also had the drawback of microorganisms adhering to the rotating body detaching all at once, leading to a decrease in processing capacity. To address these shortcomings of the rotating body, the AT-BC device was developed. The rotating body of the AT-BC device features a three-dimensional mesh structure made from a vinylidene chloride fiber, the same material used in Asahi Kasei's Saran Wrap, processed into a gourd shape. This design successfully eliminated the metal parts that cause corrosion from the rotating body. Furthermore, by allowing microorganisms to adhere within the three-dimensional mesh structure, it has become possible to prevent the simultaneous detachment of microorganisms.

Free membership registration**Overview of Bacteria** Bacillus is a type of soil bacterium that thrives in high-quality soil and is also found in products such as oolong tea, natto, miso, and pickles. By introducing this bacterium into an aeration tank just once and allowing it to proliferate, it effectively decomposes odor components and removes not only BOD but also COD, N-Hex, nitrogen, phosphorus, and more. Additionally, due to its adsorption effect, it improves the sedimentation of sludge. In the aeration tank, it coexists with conventional activated sludge bacteria, and by increasing its ratio to about 1-10% (100:1 to 10:1), it exhibits remarkable functions and effects.

Free membership registration【Product Description】 Overview of Ecolotonic Ingredients: RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) 90% / Fruit Enzymes 10% RNA is a component that plays a crucial role in producing proteins, which are essential materials for living cells, and is one of the substances that make up nucleic acids. Cells undergo a metabolism where old cells are transformed into new cells, allowing them to maintain normal functions. RNA is a necessary component for this metabolism. By continuously dripping it into adjustment tanks and aeration tanks, it promotes the proliferation of activated sludge bacteria. It also has the effect of suppressing harmful bacteria and prioritizing beneficial bacteria.

Free membership registrationOverview of Oil and Fat Decomposing Bacteria By continuously adding Humax to the grease traps and adjustment tanks of existing wastewater treatment facilities, high concentrations of oil and fat can be decomposed, significantly reducing the load on subsequent biological treatment. If you are using pressurized flotation devices, the running costs of chemicals and the disposal costs of sludge will be greatly reduced (pressurized flotation will no longer be necessary). When adding to the grease trap, air agitation is required.
