Aren't you under the impression that coolant-through equipment is essential for hole machining with an L/D ratio of 30 or more? The new cross-grooved drill draws coolant into the hole's interior by incorporating a main groove and a reverse twist groove on the drill's outer circumference when the drill is rotated. Inside the hole, the coolant is retained in the grooves on the outer circumference, improving "cooling" and "lubrication," resulting in excellent cutting performance and significantly enhancing the surface roughness of the hole's inner surface. Additionally, the margin-less design equalizes the holding power and suppresses the occurrence of hole bending.

Free membership registrationThe "NEO-PRO Series" is a drill developed for processing porous holes in steel materials such as S50C, SCM, and SK. It features a wide chip pocket design that allows for smooth chip removal even under high-speed and high-feed conditions. There are three standard models: Short Blade (ADRS-SV), Standard Blade Length (ADR-SV), and Long Blade (ADRL-SV), allowing for the selection of drill lengths according to the depth of the processing hole. Additionally, to enhance the cutting edge of small diameter drills, a dedicated Fine Coating System (FCS) is employed. This is a coated drill that pursues cutting performance and wear resistance. For intermediate sizes of φ1.6mm and above, honing is applied to the cutting edge. This helps to suppress chipping of the cutting edge under high-speed (V) and high-feed conditions, resulting in a longer tool life. 【Features】 ■ Wide chip pocket design ■ Smooth chip removal even under high-speed and high-feed conditions ■ Selection of drill lengths according to processing hole depth ■ Adoption of a dedicated fine coating system for small diameters ■ Pursuit of cutting performance and wear resistance *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "ADR-SUS Drill" is a drill with a uniquely developed cutting edge shape designed for difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, featuring excellent wear resistance and chipping resistance. Available in drill diameters starting from 0.3mm with thinning. Thrust direction resistance is reduced, which suppresses work hardening and welding due to heat generation during stainless steel processing, achieving long tool life in conjunction with surface treatment effects. Additionally, the surface treatment employs a PVD coating method specifically for small diameters. The cutting edges of small diameter drills are uniformly coated. 【Features】 ■ Overall design is high rigidity specification ■ Improved breakage resistance ■ Suppresses work hardening and welding due to heat generation during stainless steel processing ■ Achieves long tool life in conjunction with surface treatment effects ■ Surface treatment uses a PVD coating method specifically for small diameters ■ Cutting edges of small diameter drills are uniformly coated *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
