【New Release】Hand Spray Gun: F111 A successor model to the F110 series has been born. Its name is F111! It adopts a new atomization method using high micro-particle technology MMFT. The goals pursued were "high performance," "ease of use," and "beauty." With a newly designed paint nozzle and air cap that integrate three technologies, it maintains the paint output and micro-particle size while ensuring uniform particle diameter. 1. Laval Nozzle Mechanism Achieves high micro-particle generation and high coating efficiency by maintaining and slowing down the flow rate of a small amount of air. 2. Taper Control Evolves the micro-particle technology inherited from the original FINER. 3. Multi-Stage Rectification Mechanism Sets an R-shaped profile at the edge to streamline the air.

■Heat Shield Piston Reduces the bearings at the small end of the connecting rod, which are susceptible to the effects of compression heat. Additionally, the aluminum piston with a hollow structure is coated with a super engineering plastic. The coating blocks compression heat, and the hollow structure efficiently cools the entire piston, reducing the temperature of the large end bearing. Stable Air Usage and Pressure 1) By equipping a regulator at the gun handle, painting can be done with a constant pressure and air usage, unaffected by pressure fluctuations (around 0.2MPa) during the compressor's ON-OFF load. 3. Difference from Air Flow Regulators 1) Air flow regulators fundamentally have a needle mechanism that adjusts the gap through which air passes, thereby adjusting the air volume. This results in air passing through a constant gap, causing changes in air volume due to pressure fluctuations. In contrast, the regulator uses a diaphragm mechanism to maintain a constant pressure against variations in supply pressure, allowing for consistent air volume and enabling spraying at a constant pressure, stabilizing painting conditions. 4. Button Battery Type (CR2032) The power turns ON when detecting pressure above 0.02MPa and turns OFF below that, ensuring safety. If the power remains on, the battery will deplete in about 2W.
